You may cancel your order within 1 minute of placing it without any cancellation fee. Once the restaurant has accepted and started preparing your order, cancellations are generally not permitted.

We do not issue refunds for complaints regarding food quality or taste if the order was prepared according to the restaurant's standard recipe. Such issues should be directed to the restaurant's management.
