3. Ordering and Delivery

FoodXP acts as an intermediary between you and our partner restaurants. We strive to ensure timely delivery, but estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made at the time of ordering. We use secure third-party payment gateways and do not store your payment information.

5. Limitation of Liability

FoodXP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
